Well...I think it does...but that's just me. 😁

Reminds me of way-back-when in the late 1960s and early 1970s when my mom would prepare both Kraft Mac & Cheese and Spam for dinner...the aroma of cooked Spam would saturate the house for two days...the entire evolution was (and still is) "fantabulous" in my book. 👍

1kg = 15min on 220degC and 75min on 120degC

Did some chicken wings on the Primo XL tonight. Indirect at 400F for 1 hr 45 min with our homemade dry rub and some pecan wood. Best wings I've ever had.
