·Two good options:
1. As already mentioned, the Bulova Accutron 214 (older, no date) or 218 ("newer" with date), about 34 mm, usually in 14k or 18k. They use an obsolete but still repairable (and quite accurate) tuning fork movement. My 18k Pulsation from 1968 has worked fine for decades since refurbishment, although the batteries only last about 18 months (likely due to no longer being able to get mercury oxide ones).
2. An even classier option is the women's model Corum 'Medicus' (1980s+). I've got the men's model and have only seen one on a woman in 30+ years of practice - a vascular surgeon in Chicago. It's about 32-33 mm, far better than those overly large men's models others have mentioned. She doesn't need to wear a saucer on her wrist. Search eBay and Chrono24...
