Great acquisition! The Planet Ocean 42mm is an excellent choice, especially with its iconic design. Too bad about the 12-second delay, but a service at Swatch will guarantee you peace of mind. Enjoy your return to the world of watches!

I have bought several watches from Jomashop and never had any trouble; a positive experience each time. My last Jomashop purchase was a new Tudor Black Bay Monochrome with a Jomashop warranty that superseded the Tudor warranty, however if I needed to have it serviced I would send it to Tudor directly and pay out of pocket myself.

I've bought 4 Omegas off Jomashop.
My speedmaster racing 40MM had a bad sundial hand around 3 weeks upon arrival.

Jomashop paid for shipping and fixed the hand with pressure/gasket test within a month. I have had no issues 1 year on.

However, my bracelet had two marks that were clearly made during repairs. I called them out on it and they sent me 100 dollars as an apology.

The other three have been perfect. The average savings have been 50 -60% off so I'm a happy camper. Plus they ship tax free to oversea military bases.
