watch regulator question

Hello,
This doesn't relate to an omega unfortunately but didn't see a better place for advice. I'm wondering if I should read anything into this regulator being all the way to the minus side or if anything else about the movement raises a flag.

It often means that the movement hasn't been serviced recently, and someone has been making adjustments to keep it close to accurate without a service. Otherwise it looks like a normal Valjoux 7730-series movement.
