·Not wearing this today but took a photo based on an IG question through DM. I was intrigued, so thought to check.
What's the Q? Was the dial glossy or matte? One pic using a polarizer, the other using a macro. Pretty sure it's matte, although the reflection of the hands (on the macro pic) gives me pause....

·Looks like yours went through the refurbishment procedure...... 1948 had a different dial layout , of course Radium..... And Radium hands in s different shape. The MoD replaced with Tritium . Very nice condition, you have ! Had many over the years; incl. RNZAF , RAAF. Great AMAG high quality MK 11; loved the JLC MK 11 as well. Kind regards. Achim

·Thanks. Understand it’s was bought from RAF stores in early 80s and kept stored for most of the time since.
