    Interesting piece on my wrist today. Seiko Gen 2 7T27 without lume; much discussion on the MWR re: was it issued or not? Other sources say similar pieces issued to Sub sailors. Happy to hear if anyone has any other information

    Ned site will hopefully help, and MWR too. Other possible sources:- British Military Timepieces: Uhren der britischen Streitkräfte by Konrad Knirim (aka Volume 2) though Ned co-authered the section. I can only elaborate the following that I have 0270/94 (etched not stamped) #serial dating Jan 1994?

    Here is a pic of the case back. No NSN but serial that dates to Jan '94 as well!
