Not military issued but some military Pilots bought them at the PX and used them instead of issued ones.

Here is something not seen much in these parts...Seiko 7005-8030. Feels great on the wrist and keeps very good time for something from the jungles of Vietnam

Did it look good? I haven't really looked at any modern Glycine watches since Invicta took them over. I only have one modern Airman, the '53 re-issue.

Actually, I saw the same model as yours with the black dial. Looked good on the fellow's wrist (as does yours!)
