路I was there last August with a few buddies and I ended up buying a couple of watches at Jack Road. Though they have a lot watches, vintage stuff probably accounts for only 10-20%. There are other interesting watch stores inside Nakano Broadway, where Jack Road is. We also saw interesting watches at Komehyo (http://www.en.komehyo.co.jp/).
