Vintage Omega Watch Identification Help

Hello! Yesterday we opened our old grandpa’s box and found this watch with a very interesting bracelet.I’ve tried to find similar watches on google but i can’t find any.

The only think i know is that its a “banana tank” (?) and its stamped 18k / 0750 so its seems to be a 18k white gold watch. But does anyone know more about the watch? And what it could be worth?

I’ll try to have it opened by a watchmaker asap to see the movement.

There was really No need for this reply , they are obviously not as clued up as some of us here and are clearly asking / looking for questions , people see the logo and put two together “oh it’s an omega” obviously with so many different models and designs They aren’t going to have a clue let alone if its genuine or not.
