Vintage Omega Seamaster 18K Gold Identification Help

Greetings, figured I would post to the experts, any assistance in identification specifics and valuation of this Omega Seamaster, 18k. Working condition, local shops offer by weight for the gold alone, but as a family heirloom, not exactly sure what I have and how rare it is.

Looks like a late 60’s 166.020 seamaster in 18ct. Nice watch, not rare but very nice.

With gold being so high, most dealers will just offer their price based on gold value. A collector would likely offer slightly more due to the nice condition.

While its not a rare reference, its a one-of-a-kind heirloom worth far more to you!
