Vintage Omega 18k Gold Ladies Watch Looking for Info

Estate found watch ... any information you guys could tell me about this watch? Is it really 18K gold? Is it a de Ville?

It says its 21 jewels and on the back of the case it says Omega Watch Co Swiss Made 18k O 750. Has the Omega 18k on the clasp ... and the Omega "O" on the bezel. When you wind it, it ticks and keeps time. Appreciate any info you guys might have, including (if it is gold) if the value of the watch would exceed the scrap gold value. Thanks!

I appreciate that ... not surprised. Can I ask you take a quick moment to educate me as to what makes these 4 images so quickly tell you it is a fake? Seen a lot of these?

The fact that it's marked as 18k but the plating is badly worn off around the head means it's not actually 18k

Also, the dial printing is thick and clumsy.
