Another cocktails and eBay misadventure here: got this old Connie for $300 but the dial was a disaster. Though I know many will think it’s a sacrilege, I got her a facelift! As far as I know, the rest is all original. After a nice service, she runs like nobody’s business. Lots of compliments and the satisfaction of bringing something back that was left for dead! Lizard strap from Mansarea, recommended on OF.
