Hi guys, just saw this. Your thought would be appreciated:

Can you elaborate any more on his comments and help a newbie learn? From what I saw, it looked correct - potentially the hands were relumed but hard to tell from the pictures. The case looks polished or potentially one of the fakes floating around...
Hello,
a short wake up call from Berlin!!😉 There is a Berthoud Chronograph in steel on ebay and under the radar.
It has an UG 386 movement, dial, hands and case looks all original to me. Sure condition of case and dial is used and the olive pushers(!!) have sign of wear, but i´m sure: with a little help it will be a real beauty!!

I just decided not to bid because I found an other rarebird chrono from the 60´ies yesterday, that fits in my collection perfectly😉.
Only 7 hours to go, no offer and start price at 500€. Just go for it👍, I think it is a bargain.
If it's a redial I think it's a very good one... All hands are the perfect length, tachymeter lines up with chapter ring, weights are consistent... What makes you think it's a redial?
Really? I am already in doubt starting with the "Berthoud" I would say it is a bad logo job. But I am no Berthoud expert, it just lacks the refinement I find in UGs.
And below, a picture that has more refined printed name. I would have been more receptive to the below. (Picture from Internet)
