Is it just me or do all of Auctionata's watches look like they were photographed in a police lineup?

And from about 15 feet away. Probably that's standard for a police lineup.

Amazing that an auction house can't spring for a decent lightbox and macro lens....

I think Auctionata problem with photos is not as big as how often dubious or even straightly fake watches appear at their auctions these days.

I don't trust the auction company for one, they don't seem to do much originality checking IMHO.. The dial has water damage or something going on, and that alone puts me out of the game. The commission and fees on top of the price of the watch will get you, and this watch will go from cheap to insanely expensive. The pictures of the watch aren't close enough or detailed enough for me to make an informed decision past the fact that the dial is completely gone. Could be more wrong that I haven't taken the time to investigate as well.

can i have some feedback on this 22259 ? Chrono hand looks wrong but apart from that, seems to be all there. Have i missed the obvious? As a propective buyer, what would be a reasonable price (middle of the road) ?

From what we can see, everything looks allright, the dial still in fair shape, hour and minute hands are wrong aswell, my guess would be around 3.000 eur... ?

I'm starting to think the best indication of quality is a piece not being mentioned on here [emoji23]

Edit: just seen the watch, obviously in this case the rule doesn't apply!

    Hi
I'm glad and surprised to find such an knowledgeable UG site on Omegaforums. Can you give feedback if this is all original, reference #, and where I can get this TLC/fixed, preferable in Europe. Would you refinish the dial? Is the price I bought $540 good or too much? Just so I know for future references.
    Thanks
