·this is another replaced dial. At least this time hands have correct length...
Why replaced dial? I don’t see any reason and proof for that. It’s a legit UG dial, period correct.
We have seen here 7 examples with 3 different dial designs, minimum is 2 pieces of each design.
That -for me- is no proof that any of the three dial designs is incorrect for the reference. Maybe it is replaced, maybe not…
Hour and minute hands are replaced for both most probably. The steel ones match the dial but minute hand is slightly too long, the blued leaf hands have good length but don’t match the dial.

If it’s really ref.5160, then with this Christie’s watch it is certain the dial was not born in this case.
