There's also the advert showing an HPC Medico Compax on page 224.
The one pictured above is a ref 22420. I think this very watch was listed on eBay at some point - here's a link.

·Plenty of red flags here, not least the fact that the Cal 69 movement is too late for the reference.
But does anyone recognise where the unusual ring might have originated from? Or might it be from a later Polerouter?
It looks to be relatively well made although doesn't seem to fit symmetrically around the date window.

·Has anyone seen an aqua dial tri-compax before? I would dismiss it as creative redial but print quality looks consistent with original UG dials. Could it be one of those one of a kind dials? Either way grossly overpriced.

·It’s for an “Exotic Tri-Compax” reference 881101/04. Very rare, indeed, but they are out there. See below for one example recently from Instagram (theydid acquired his example last year from mentawatches). You’ll also find more info in the UG “Ten” book, focusing on the Ninas, Claptons and various exotic references.
