Dial looks good, not sure about lume. Wonder if someone applied lume over a non lume dial when they put the wrong hands on?

·In my super humble opinion it is impossible to say if dial is relumed or not, without a Geiger counter and the watch in your hands...

·If someone buys the Jeager above from Curious Curio, I have a potentially correct set of subdial hands (I say potentially because there are a few different styles used and it would depend on the hour hand combination). These silver hands for black dials are near impossible to find.
