Is the corrosion you see in the picture a logical outcome from a vintage NOS watch stored for more than 60 years?

Calatrva style cases are one piece, lugs are solid.

Solid gold lugs break, relatively easily.

Do you have a clearer pic with the case back off, it looks soldered on ebay?

Absololutely nice but certainly not untouched IMHO

I don't think anyone said it wasn't nice, I like it a lot, I was just questioning if the lug at 5 was repaired, it seems to be lacking some definition on the back side, looks lumpy and discolored and the seller says he "detailed and removed oxidation".
