For what's to see, it looks like some "artist" has manually rewritten the tachymetre on the left side...

That’s a nice watch. There are signs of the rotor rubbing on the case back, you might want to ask the watchmaker to see if that can be addressed (unfortunately I think the only fix is replacing the rotor post).
Thank you, you are right. I talked to my watchmaker, he said the same and another scenario: the missing/old sealing which could cause the same problem, a new one could lift the back a little and could prevent this from happening.
