Lovely piece, what’s the size of this model?

About 45 mm across and pretty thick.

Would love to see another 'lighter' version of Ultra Deep, like 2000 meter. Height/thickness down to 16.5mm and weight down to 225 gram with bigger black dial. Still made of O-Megasteel.

I had the orange PO when it was launched back in 2005. My absolutely favorite PO....the orange coloured bezel by Omega was fantastic and unique. Have been waiting for an orange ceramic PO for years. When they did it but presented it with a white dial I was so disappointed....and the orange tone was not that good - too light toned. I think the orange ceramic bezel in the PO Chrono is a bit darker than the one with white dial. And now with Ultra Deep it is an even better and darker orange tone, although it from some angles is viewed a little red'ish.

Otherwise it is time for Omega to make a shift away from 316 steel to O-Megasteel for the whole PO line. Especially now that prices have risen continuesly since 2005 and almost trippled.

.

I am not sure if the color is all that different. It may be affected by darker dial color. Even changing the steel bracelet to a black rubber strap dramatically plays on the watch head colorations to your eye.

You could be right...the eyes can be tricked by darker dial and black rubber strap.
My opinion was merely based on videos and photos seen in reviews. I've only seen the 600M PO with orange bezel and white dial and that was really disappointing.
The OB here in Copenhagen promised to have an orange PO Ultra Deep late October or early November, so I can see it.

That's quite a beast - I love that dial. I have the Ball Deepquest which is a similar size and water resistance - these pieces have a lot of wrist presence. How is it on the nato? The Deepquest is titanium but even that felt a little too big and heavy for even quite a thick nato.

Very nice! As durable as it gets. I believe there were 300 seamaster professional models built for the SAS ( which if lucky you can track down and one was on sale last year). The size of these were 45.5 I believe and the only other examples at this size?

@watcholone That thing is the cat's pajamas! I'm a big fan of extreme divers and own the SD4K but this thing puts it to shame 😝. The smaller dial makes the watch look more compact. Love the bracelet too. The bevels look really cool 😎. Oh, and the design of that clasp! I wish I had the wrist to pull it off but on my dainty 16.5cm wrist it just wouldn't work. Wear it in good health and don't try to test the depth limit 😁

Beautiful watch, and it looks great on you. What are your thoughts after the first couple of days? And when you get a chance, how about a lume shot? I'm still waiting on mine, they keep moving the date. I hearing later November early December before they hit AD's. As a matter of fact has anyone seen any of these at an AD?? Or is it still only boutique??

Here are a few more wrist shots including some lume shots…
Thanks for the pics, love the watch!!!!!! What do you think about the rubber band? Omega usually makes a great quality rubber strap. I ordered mine on bracelet. But I am also considering ordering the strap as well.

I was waiting for the bracelet but the rubber strap version came in first so I got that one. The bracelet is on order through my OB. The rubber strap feels fine and is light and comfortable.
