·Also don’t forget that these watches used ETA’s and Tudor rotors are available all over eBay. It would be very easy for a watchmaker to open the back, see the rotor and say yup- that’s a Tudor.

maybe the auction was eBay? 🙁 I wouldn’t get so wrapped up on the authenticity of the movement. The case is wrong, the bracelet looks fake (find me another “5800” end link), the dial isn’t real, and again it should be a sapphire crystal not plexi .
