So I worked out a few deals with modern seamasters that just seem to fall apart. I mean price agreed, I got the money, ready to go but 2 or 3 times now the deals just dissipated. No blame or hard feelings that’s the way things go sometimes. I have come to the conclusion God doesn’t want me to have a modern sea master. So I got a round in the chamber and have been looking at a few things and tbh these Tudor 1926 have a lot going on I like. White dial may make it look to “flashy” (just a me thing) black dial nice but no lume. I have this connection where I can get discounts of off “new” watches. Just a friend who is close with kinda a big online dealer. I really do like the Tudor BB36 but the no date thing bothers me.

Shoot I’m trying not to ramble here but I am. I know this isn’t a in-house movement but I don’t mind an ETA at all. Although some of these 1926 have around a 40 hr power reserve which surprises me as the ETA in my captain cook is 80 hrs but that’s nothing that would stop me, just looking at it anyway any curious if anyone has or is familiar with them. *tried to post pics just the links show sorry Friday night it was a long week.
