Titus – original or fantasy model?

Hi there,

following my obsession with Calypsomatics I just came across this interesting "Explorer" style Titus.
Never seen before. Could it be a real reference? Or some fantasy put-together model?
Case and crown look similar 7085 Calypsomatic model. Dial I never seen before. And this rotor....

Please share your opinions.

I finally spoke to Titus collector and he said it is absolutely fake. Titus never produced something like this.
