Thoughts on this Tri-Compax

I have seen this watch making the rounds lately. Obvious that there is a lot wrong (or at least not original). The question is, just how wrong is it? Listed as a 1945 ref 22541. Other history unknown.

Pretty new to UG. And yes, even to my novice eye it looks like a redone dial. I also believe the crown is a later replacement. I also could not find another example of this hands/hour markers combination.

Dial is repainted. Service moon and crown. Sword/ Lozenge hands go with Lume plots that ain’t here. This watch better be cheap. Service moon and crown are not a big deal. The rest is. Although the Lozenge hands are quite valuable.

This watch has been on sale for ages. I remember asking about it 3 years ago before I even bought a Tri (I've acquired 3 since then).

That post and the feedback I received will be very educational for anyone starting out. Once your eyes are trained, you can't unsee redials.
