Thoughts on this Seamaster cal. 861

Call to ΩF experts - Is this a legit dial combination (purportedly unknown brown (?) dial variation). Can the experts please chime in? Case ref. as you can see is 145.029 with GF(?) and SS caseback. Given obvious flaws, is the asking price of $600 fair for a cal. 861 and more importantly, does everything - apart from cracked crystal - check out?

The movement alone is worth more than $600. If you search up the reference number in google, along with "gold filled," I think you'll see that the dial is legitimate, and the watch is in fair condition.
