·I am used to see hands with lume on this model but i seen that on the lower side on the dial it's only written "Swiss made" without "T" so maybe are correct. You can also search more details with the reference number from inside the watch.

As noted, the hands should be dauphine. Here is an example:
Yours has an extremely sharp and nice case though. As well as a very nice dial. 👍
If very cheap, it could be the start of a project. But non-lumed hands can be hard to come by.
