Has this Omega Seamaster dial been retouched?

The crosshairs do not line up perfectly centered with indices. Unsure if crosshairs are retouched or indices need to be reset...
To me, the text on dial "OMEGA Automatic' looks untouched but not sure about "Seamaster".
Lume on hands has clearly not been retouched. All hour, minute, second hands appear original as do hour indices.

What do you all think?

Looks original but average condition
Considering its age, and compared to other vintage pieces I have, this looks very good, generally speaking.

It's good in the sense that it is original, but the condition is undoubtedly a bit rough from a collector's perspective. Still, that's just a value issue, and if the price is right and you like the watch, I see no reason not to buy it.

I'm not trying to say that the dial is in mint condition, but some of the fuzziness in the photo may be from the crystal. Do you have better photos?

Sounds like you are considering buying. More and focused photos will help evaluate. What is asking price?

Agreed, I think the crystal needs some polywatch to better judge the dial.I just posted more photos.

It certainly doesn’t look very good to me. There are many similar watches with better dials and many with worse. It looks average. I’d rather wait for a better one.

Agree dial looks original with fair amount of spotting degradation. But probably not visible on wrist. Case looks worn but not polished.
Overall looks tired. Are there movement and inside outside Caseback photos?

I also think the dial is original. What’s the case reference number? Do you have pictures of the case back? At first glance, the lugs seemed surprisingly thin - but it will of course depend on the reference.

Worn but not polished is how I like it...
