Hello Everyone,

I spotted what appears to be an original Constellation 2852-9 SC. The crystal is OEM and all the other components appear original. The caseback in particular looks good to me. What are you thoughts?

I've included some photos below:

I鈥檓 still looking for a nice 168.005, so I鈥檒l have to pass on this one.

So get this one and trade it when your 168.005 comes along. ::facepalm1::

That indeed looks more like a 50s Seamaster crown to me, I am used to that very "edged" Constellation crown, which if I am not mistaken, has 6 sides. Maybe this clover crown is also correct for this particular Connie? Hmm.

So this was more of a theoretical exercise for the membership? 馃榿

You are right, no lume, no black paint, no onyx.

They exist in Seamasters, too.

Definitely the first time I鈥檝e ever seen one!
I guess they must be quite rare?
