Thoughts on this Admiralty Bezel?

I’ve had this watch for a while and always wondered about the originality of the numbers on the bezel. Most examples I see in this line have a lighter weight font.



I was able to find this example, that looks to use a similar weight:


Curious what others think? Does everything look original to you, or do you think it was possibly repainted / touched up at some point? Or maybe some watches in this line were produced with this heavier weight font on the bezel?

I will note the thin light-grey line that separates the white-ish inner bezel from the dark grey edge is intact and very sharp. To me, that indicates that part of the bezel is original and untouched, at least, as I think that would be very difficult to reproduce with such precision, and the wear looks consistent with the age of the watch.
