Thoughts on this 30T1 from 1939-'40

Hi all,
I'm pleased to share my latest find.
30t1 movement, 37mm excluded crown, plume hands, original dual tone dial in nice conditions for its age.
Now it's out for a needed service, I'm planning to go for an extract, but in the meanwhile which reference could it be?
Given chamfer and drilled lugs, my guess is an early 2181, some of you have another idea?

No idea which reference but it's a fantastic looking watch!

@mac_omega will probably know exactly what it is you have there

IMO you are right - looks like a CK 2181
chamfers on the lugs are a tell

Extract from the archives just popped up in my email box: we were right about the reference, it's a 2181 produced on february, 6th 1941 and delivered to Italy.
It has just turned up 81 😀
Happy to share a post-service pic, the old guy is up and running again 😉
