Looks like a redial to me. See a few comments below. Think the second hand is a replacement too

Hour markers not central to crosshair lines and no "Swiss Made" on dial.

Misalignments of markers, No Swiss made and the hands have some colour mismatch as well…

Yes a terrible redial.
I love a nice seamaster. I have had this one for awhile.
