Hello all!

Just adquired an Omega Seamaster with a crosshair dial, and I’d love to hear from you experts at this forum about it.

Omega vintage is always challenging and I’m having a lot of fun learning about originality, dials, letters and logos along the way.

Already enjoying the watch, and love the inscription on the caseback. Giving a new life to a watch it’s always special. I can only imagine what this date means…

I've never seen a broken crosshair on a non-redial before. this looks orginal print.

I believe that this font was original, I also found this version without thick SERIF font.

It also wears a different caliber, mine is 562. The date window is also different, completely flat in your example.

Curious to know about the serif font, because I always thought it was a ver important deal breaker. If I had to bet, I’d have said the other watch is a redial (it is completely mint, also).

Happy to see the “same” dial configuration + case number. It’s always good to have some similar pieces and did not find this one. Thanks!

Broken crosshair dials are correct for this ref in this time period. It’s an original dial
