    I dont think that the reference 885108 only applies to the exotic. Here is an evil nina with the same case reference and serial that is in the 2,89 million (1970+ ?) ...

    Having mentioned this to a UG collector from italy, it does seem that the 885108 reference, may have been one applied to models that shared the same case but had different features like the exotic dial (of which there are three different executions) or in the above evil medico nina, the pulsations bezel and matching (larger, without lume) second runner.

    I think that would also explain the lack of additional identifiers (01/02/03) that normally form part of the reference.
