The decision was made early January to concentrate on getting all the foundations completed prior to Tet( lunar new year) with the rationale being to ensure minimal impact by the wet season which should commence about the end of May and due to the Buddhist tradition you are not allowed to carry out earthworks for a month after Tet.
Didn’t finish but made good progress.
Up to Tet:
