Nice trailer for the new "Transporter" posted earlier in this thread.

George Clooney made good use of his, on a black leather strap, playing an assassin on the run in "The American".

I still wear my father's Speedmaster Professional. I've long liked the idea of it being on a black leather strap. It would give my Speedmaster a new look, a lighter feel...and spare further wear and tear on what is now a vintage bracelet.

The other day, at an Omega boutique, I bought that new Bond Spectre Seamster 300M. My second purchase from that store. I asked about a black strap for the Speedmaster. They had one.

I asked, "How much is it?" (Retail is something over $300, I'd heard.)

"No charge" was the reply.

Done and done!

Congratulations to the OP on a truly magnificent watch. Mine has been going strong since 1975!

Me too! Got mine in July - 3570.50 18 months old. Was on the new 'vintage' 1171.633 bracelet, but OE 1998 also supplied. But . . . I still prefer a chrono on a strap, so it's now on a TSS 'Aerosport Mk2' - great value at £14, making the additional purchase of an Omega buckle from Cousins quite palatable at £21.
