Does Pizza count as baking?? I did make my own dough, proved it for 12hrs, and baked it in the new Pizza oven for about 90secs
By the way, all the other pics of various breads and cakes are truly amazing, what a talented bunch on here 😁

With nothing else to do during the first lockdown, this was my first attempt at cinnamon rolls. Pure fluke, but they tasted absolutely delicious.

Would love to see shots of your pizza oven. A 90sec bake must mean temps well above 800-900F. Awesome, and Margherita is the queen of all pizza (you know, humble opinion, and all that…)

Marghertita, couldn't agree more, simplicity at its best, none of the pineapple nonsense, IMHO.
I,'ve just built the oven and I haven't a thermometer but you're correct, I think it's at about 850, that's when it burns the soot off the inner dome. A couple of pics😀

If you haven't already, Chad Robertson's various books are pretty much essential reading (if I recall, you're baking sourdough from your own starter, right?) Super involved techniques, and took a while for me to find the right middle ground of just how obsessive I was personally willing to go in following his guidance, just to bake a simple loaf of bread once in a while, but Chad's the man. We've eaten his bread when he was the local baker in Mill Valley, supplying to restaurants, way back in the early 2000's, and it was completely out of this world.

We adopted a few chocolate buttercream hedgehogs.
Hell of a lot of work but they are delicious if I may say so 😁
