Would love to see shots of your pizza oven. A 90sec bake must mean temps well above 800-900F. Awesome, and Margherita is the queen of all pizza (you know, humble opinion, and all that…)

I,'ve just built the oven and I haven't a thermometer but you're correct, I think it's at about 850, that's when it burns the soot off the inner dome. A couple of pics😀
