Yes that is the purple gel that omega used to protect the cases in transport. Very nice find and as close to NOS as it gets!

I think early flightmaster with cal. 911 had sun brush and late versions circa 1974 or 1975 had circular brush. 35M serial number was made during these years.
No thats not correct, I have owned 145.036 with 35,xxx,xxx with radial brush finish.
Delron brake and silver cogs in the movement
edit: I guess this would be addressed in the book, anyone care to enlighten us?
Delron brake
My one serial no is very close to yours

Hi, I am a bit confused. At least the lume dots at 3,6,9 are missing. When the watch never has been opened, where are they ? I would not feel good with this issue.
best luck 👍
Yes.. your confuse are right... but i dont want to open the case back at this moment until the watch runs not smooth and need a service
This photos 911 also havent got lume dots on 3,6,9 with yellow hands? Is it some version havent got lume dots? I am not flight expert...
Did you consider to buy Flightmaster Only, the book about this watch ? You will find a lot of information in there, a must have if you like this reference 😉
I will look for it... the book name is flightmaster only .. right?
