I think this bond looks superb and I'm certainly swayed towards this one however I need to hold fire... waiting to see if there will be an A13 50LE announced.

That's a good point, and I agree! I still don't think it should be used on a watch that isn't military issue, though.

The purist in me totally agrees but the marketing department at Omega don't. I also think it clutters the dial a little, be better without it and move the 3 lines of text above down a tad, imho.

An absolutely beautiful watch. Am I missing something or misreading that it is Grade 2 Ti all over & not Grade 5 Ti for case & clasp?

The "Sharkproof" Milanese in Ti is so so comfortable. Makes Ploprof much nicer to wear than PO 2201.50

Only explanation I can think off for the broad arrow in the movie is if the watch was a "retirement" gift from the government to Bond. Otherwise it is kind of stupid.

Does anyone know why they are not limited editions like the previous bond watches? For the price you may expect them to be?

I love the colors on that nato.

Wow that AT looks awfully big next to seamaster ... 41.5 is just too big for a watch with no bezel.

I would love that watch honestly, but at 9200 that is just too much for me. 5000 after discount and now were talking ...

It is really nice in live pictures, but the best watch has always been 2531.80.00 :)

Prices keep shooting up presumably from marketing and popularity. I agree, 9200 is a bit steep when gauging competition at this price point.. and I wish these were limited, would justify the cost more. Still might get one, waiting on call from AD to check it out.

Omega is becoming more greed. That’s the key word: Greed. They want to sell as many Bond-watches as possible. Also the packaging has never been that simple. Costs down, price up, non-limited—sales up.... ?
Same thing with Greedmaster... sorry: Speesmaster. It is actually insane when you start to see how the prices of Seamasters&Speedmasters have developed in one year....

It seems like there are a lot of complaints about the high price of the two new Bond Seamasters. What would you consider to be a reasonable price for the watch on the mesh bracelet? How about on the NATO?

This is a great piece, I picked this up about 5 weeks ago. Simple setup, clean design, symmetrical & very modern day militareqsque. I haven't worn any other pieces in my collection since. I wasn't that interested in it when I saw the online photos but when I saw it in person, I had to have it. Took about 2 weeks to get the rubber strap version I wanted and haven't regretted it. Nobody will be disappointed when you see this in person.
