The Best Bond Watch Ever?

Wonder when this turned into pure marketing rather than Bond wearing a utility watch. It’s become a runway.
Yeah. Even Brosnan stuck to one watch in all his Bond movies. The quartz SMP in GE. Then it was the now iconic 2531.80 SMP for the rest of his Bond films.

It went for two watches with Craig beginning with Casino Royale. But odd that they went with just one watch in Quantum. The same can't be said for the movies after Quantum.

One of the most comfortable bracelets I’ve experienced! What I like that it is truly different than the usual steel divers bracelets are. You need to experience yourself. Matter of personal preferences ofcourse!
So I thought fair comment , try a watch on a mesh why not . So this is the closest I could find in the mesh & watch department, and I’ve got to say the bracelet is a lot better on the wrist than I thought & very comfortable too . Looks like I might be giving my local AD a visit .

That looks really good! Who is the manufacturer of the bracelet? And do the tubular portions at the ends of the bracelet scratch the inside of the lugs?

These are extremely comfortable and they’re Great for work - I’m always worried about desk diving marks on oyster bracelets etc.

Handsome piece! Domed crystal and no date! I would be tempted if not for the HEV crown..I tried twice to like the SMs. For me, the HEV crown detracts from a really good design.

Not sure of maker of the bracelet, it’s a flea bay buy .And only put the bracelet on the 16800 to get a feel of what the mesh felt like to wear , so it’s not been on long enough to make any marks yet .

It has got to be either the 2531 or 2220, a blue seamaster 300 a classic watch.

Any photoshop pros out there?

Would be great to see some of these pics adjusted for a normal tone of white (off white?) lume/bezel?

Not a fan of the waves on this one. Everything else is highly appealing.

I normally don’t like the patina look.. but it’s starting to grow on me after seeing more and more wrist shots.

Seems to me that if you’d rather it be white, just go for this:

Ive been lost on this watch because the wave dial.

Give me instead the flat, matte black dial, absent the faux military insignia, and I’d be a hoarder

I love this latest Bond release, I think it's my favorite to date! Really looking forward to seeing what the domed crystal looks like in person. If it was priced more in line with the regular 300 line I would seriously consider it. It looks great with the white lume plots as well.

I like the military markings! It gives it so much more relevance to the real world with the MOD references ..

You do realise that the PO you've shown is a limited edition and wasn't worn by Bond in Quantum right?

He wore the PO 2201.50 in Quantum.... As you can see, no movie title written on the crystal.
