Strap Suggestions?

I am a 95% bracelet kinda fella and when I go to straps I am a 100% leather for material sort... and I always purchase from WindUp Watch Shop.
Sadly their straps don't fit me perfectly so it's always a touch loose or too tight because of where the holes line up.

Can I get some suggestions on favored places to source non-padded/non-filled, no exotic hides, bovine leather/waxed cotton/synthetic straps?

Trying to broaden my horizons.

Doug Jones is the best tradeoff between cost and quality, IMO (but that thread has lots of goodies).

I have to say that many of these 'posh' straps suggested cost as much or more than I actually pay for the watch it’s to go on.

Agree. I have purchased straps from the recommended strap makers who are OF members, and Jones' straps are better IMO.

I am currently exploring a few Vietnamese strap makers. I've been impressed and pleased with every one I've received, and the level of customization is fantastic. I'm not ready to post my go-to pick quite yet.

I am currently exploring a few Vietnamese strap makers. I've been impressed and pleased with every one I've received, and the level of customization is fantastic. I'm not ready to post my go-to pick quite yet.

I recently have used Trinh at 7strap.com to make some custom straps for me. She's located out of Hanoi. Prices are cheap, even lower than pre-made straps, but the quality is anything but cheap. And, she can get pretty much any material / colour. Her website doesn't even begin to show what she has or has access to.
