Black looks more dressy but this one looks too puffy.
For something a tad more adapted to daily wear I would do matte brown crocodile, completely flat.

·I'm not a fan of black straps as I think the strap should match the shoes/belt and I mostly wear brown shoes in the office. I wear brown or blue straps on my gold watches. Crocodile or lizard is too classic for me, so I wear normal calfskin...attached are a few impressions:
