Strange Looking Speedy

This Speedmaster on the bay looks like the movement is off (rate adjuster), the dial is off (no T's), and the bezel my be off (dot under 70). I am curious what the experts think?

Yes it is the last one shown in that thread, but different movement and dial from the previous ones.

Bezel is fake, and movement is one of the worst I've seen: rampant corrosion, chewed-up screws, missing parts---a nightmare.

Fake dial, fake bezel, fake case. Not a genuine Omega movement on this one. Some other times with a franken Omega movement.
