Stepped dial or not?

Hi,
Watching this on eBay and was looking for a little help on the dial. I can’t tell from the pictures if it is stepped or not. Lume has good patina but the usual lines on the lume for the step are not there. I know sometimes pictures hide the step so was looking for another set of eyes or two. If it is a service replacement it is early I think, still T Swiss T etc. Either way I am going to pass for today but would like a little education for my upcoming purchase, when I find the right Speedy.

And yes, asked the seller but got a not great response. Seller said he didn’t know what a step dial was and I was the first to ask, check pictures carefully and don’t bid if I am not comfortable (blah blah blah). But he knew to call the patina pumpkin and knew to get an extract so have a hard time believing they don’t know what a step dial is.

My personal opinion is that there's no step,

from this position it should be clearly visible at 12 o'clock

best regards

Looks like a late 1970s no step long S dial. Clearly a seller not to be trusted.

That’s what I thought on both issues, thanks for confirming.

Definitely not a step dial. If it is a relume, it is a very good one...
