I often catch myself peering outside the confines of the Omega Boutique and admiring JLC Reversos and various Cartier Santos and Tanks. I really like the way that these case shapes fit on my wrist. I have my great-grandfather's old square Hamilton that I occasionally wear but I prefer to keep it safe in my watchbox.
It got me thinking that Omega seemingly has a large void in their offerings in regards to square or rectangular case shapes. It seems like the Deville or Constellation lines could easily incorporate a classy non-circular watch.
Does anyone else feel the desire for a modern square/rectangular Omega? Have there been any recent releases or announcements regarding square or rectangular case shapes?
