Hi, I am an avid wristwatch collector mainly of vintage models. My preference is rectangular as I consider they have more variation and character then the round ones.
I have looked on ebay and it would seem there are virtually no rectangulat vintage omegas made. Am I looking in the wrong place. thanks.

Do a search with Omega 20F or Omega T17

Semi rectangular with caliber 302

Just need to know the types of calibers these models used. Might be more, so Google search Omega rectangular watches and check images for follow if possible to see what type of movement is inside

How old do they need to be to be vintage by the way?

There's some variation in opinion. I'd say before the early 1970s quartz crisis.

They are out there, but TBH, I agree with you that Omega is not really known for rectangular models, compared to brands like Bulova, JLC, Hamilton, Longines, Gruen, etc.

Some of my Gruen and Wlatham watches are 1940`s and 50`s which I cinsider vintage. Really post art deco.

Had had this nice hand wind, cal 1030 supposedly with hacking second feature 👍 ('supposedly' because watch was not properly working).
Returned it (now I know it is possible to repair stud/curb).
A too quick move that I still blame myself 🙁
