·So I got the watch today...
...Hands. While I originally thought the hands looked like obvious superluminova replacements, under the loupe, they appear aged. Perhaps more importantly, they appear to fade in the dark at the same rate as the dial, which makes me think they are actually tritium. The color does still look a little paler than the dial...
...Bezel ... how some of the dots appeared to smash into the numbers, particularly the 110-150 markers, and to a lesser extent, the 65-90 markers. Is this a known issue on any bezel, type B2 or otherwise, or for original, service, or fake bezels? What is your assessment of this bezel?
...Operation ...I did notice that the crown didn't stop winding around 40-50 turns...
Congrats & welcome to a rather small club
I'm no expert by any means, but your watch looks to have all original parts. Keep in mind that the definition of "original" is not rigid. The crown and pushers from this reference are the same that can be found on any Speedmaster from ~1970 on. the bezel is a little more unique but you've already noted that (and that suggests you also own a copy of the Moonwatch Only book(s) 😉) Ditto for the caseback. The lack of the Omega symbol on the hesalite is also a good sign. Returning to the bezel, I would suggest that such a part will have printing tolerances and I wouldn't worry too much about it.
The fact that the hands are original tritium is the more important news. The "finish" of the hands is smooth, whereas the standard Speedmaster with baton hands has a coarse finish. Hence, finding replacement hands would be a little harder than you might think. I'm currently working on one of my "Pictorials" on the SpeedyMoon which will have lots of juicy pics but here's a few that you might want to use to "compare" 👍
1. SpeedyMoon 2. "contemporary" Speedmaster
Last but not least, I would recommend a full service, even if the movement was running properly. A good cleaning and fresh lubrication will go a long way and it's a small price to pay in comparison to this reference's current-day price range 😉

So the first series of SpeedyMoondisk did not have an Omega logo in the crystal ? and the later version 3576.50.00 did ?

The 3576.50 did not have the Omega logo crystal either. It's a sapphire sandwich so there's no logo on the sapphire.
Per the book Moonwatch Only 3rd Edition (page 184), the original glass of the 345.0809 didn't have the Omega logo.
