I'm not certain. A quick Google search on it should help you find out more. I do know that many of the older bracelets do require some filing of the end links to get them to fit easily on newer Speedy Pro models. For example, I've heard the1479/812 (which was made from 1989-1996) requires some filing of the endlinks as well.

I had used the 1479/812 on various modern Speedmasters, including the moonphase 3576. The end links fitted well against the case, but curved springbars were required to acheive a good fit

any pics would be highly appreciated? I really like the vintage look of 1171. Thanks

I love this bracelet. I've been looking for one for a bit. I really love the 1450 but that seems to be out of my comfort zone price wise.

It looks stunning on your moonphase.

Thanks. No longer own neither 🤔. There is one 1479/812 for sale on the forums but quite expensive. I also like a lot the 1450 (or the rare 1447) but their prices are prohibitive 🤦

Collected mine from Regent Street UK boutique yesterday, fantastic piece and a job well done by the team. Packaging is excellent too and no problem with keeping the coffin, swing tag and cardboard box.

That's very interesting! I actually purchased a new set of 812 end links and had to file the "side flaps" to make them fit properly (they're basicly too thick for the modern speedies). I kept the old ones so they would fit the older Speedies. I haven't given curved spring bars much thought, but sounds like a logical solution. The only downside of the 1479 bracelet is that it's a perfect fit around the wrist, but it's a very tight fit around the hand (when removing or putting on the watch). The folding clasp is perhaps a bit too small? Not sure if the other older type bracelets have the same problem.

I'm still waiting for my 1171/633 to arrive. In the meantime, my Bas & Lokes strap has arrived. I'm still waiting on delivery of my Martu strap; will take pics when I have both for comparison sake.

Picked mine up finally this weekend, westcoast, x3xx - immediately had them change to leather strap and wore it out the door. Been wearing it since. I appreciate the little details much more in person, I also carry around the black light in my daily work bag, such a fun and cool piece.

I'm so jealous of your 1479, Jordy!!!! 😉
