And passed means it didn’t reach the reserve price imposed by the seller, right?

... and "passed" also means that WoK will offer most of the unsold watches on Chrono24 within the next few days 😁
You can make them an offer and perhaps get a watch for a reasonable price, I did that one time (btw the only watch ever shopped on Chrono24) and I am happy with this watch.
