Speedmaster pro 3861 problem help!

Hi guys just got my first omega and first nice watch the new speedmaster pro 3861 sapphire. When I push the button to start the chrono my second hand stops and nothing happens as if the watch is dead. when i press the button again the second hand starts up again but the chrono hand does not move. It has only happened a couple times here and there super random. I always keep power reserve up. has anyone had this problem before?

Because of the various posts I returned mine for a quality check late in 2021- it was 100% fine and even though nothing was wrong it was all free under warranty. Mine was purchase in May 21 and has worked well from day one.
Get yours fixed under warranty and it should have a long and happy life with you. There have been some issues but they are the exception and not the rule.
