Omega, in effect, is running an on-line Boutique. Last summer I purchased a NATO from them, advertised as including a springbar tool & extra springbars, I got the strap in one of their zipper cases, but not the other items. Called their customer service, got a very pleasant young lady, indicated that they would be shipped that day. 2 days later the FedEx truck delivered a box with ANOTHER red zipper case with the tool & springbars. A week later still another box showed up, with a very nice Omega pen and a hand-written note apologising for the error. Needless to say, I was impressed, paid the price, but got the service that goes with it. Nice pen too! When I looked at Speedmasters at Jomashop last July, they were at about $3800 for a Hesalite Speedy, with their in-house 4-year warranty, my AD charged me $4100, with the 5-year factory warranty, I think retail was $5200 at that time, they also sized the bracelet and got me an Omega leather deployant strap for $295. I've noticed the Gray prices are now in the $4200+ range since MSRP went to $5350 (think that's current) so I think all-in-all i did ok.
